COURT RULES

Basketball training sessions are typically 60 - 75 minutes in duration. Arrive 15 min. early to basketball training sessions to mentally & physically prepare yourself. Bring your own ball & beverages (BYOB).​ For safety reasons, only athletes and trainers are allowed on the court during sessions.​Unless for an emergency, parents and guests are not allowed to interfere with basketball training sessions.

Payment must be submitted before the start of any basketball training. A client agreement, with acknowledgement of MPOWR  training policies and waiver, must be signed prior to any training.
