Basketball training sessions are typically 60 - 75 minutes in duration. Arrive 15 min. early to basketball training sessions to mentally & physically prepare yourself. Bring your own ball & beverages (BYOB). For safety reasons, only athletes and trainers are allowed on the court during sessions.Unless for an emergency, parents and guests are not allowed to interfere with basketball training sessions.
Payment must be submitted before the start of any basketball training. A client agreement, with acknowledgement of MPOWR training policies and waiver, must be signed prior to any training.
