Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What do I need to bring to class?
A: Bring your own basketball, beverages, & an inhaler (if needed). Athletes must wear
their MPOWR training shirt each day. Shirts are included in the registration fee
for most programs. Additional shirts can be purchased at

Q: What can I do to prepare for class & practice?
A: Allow at least 3 hours for your food to digest before training. Build you hydration the
night before and day of training. Be prepared to replenish your body afterwards with
minerals and electrolytes, such as coconut water, body armor, alkaline water, and
potassium supplements.. Mental & physical rest are also important for recovery.

Q: My child missed class. Are there make up classes we can attend?
A: We do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes. Make up
classes are only offered if MPOWR has to cancel unexpectedly

Q: My family is traveling for the summer. Can I attend one month only?
A: Of course! If you know your availability in advance,
we can create a personalized pricing plan for you.

Q: Classes are twice weekly. I can't commit to both days. Can I still join?
A: Absolutely! If you're unable to join the entire program, you can
sign up for once a week OR drop in as your schedule allows. 

Q: I'm interested in your basketball classes. Can my child try it out before joining?
A: Trial classes are a great opportunity for athletes to get a feel for MPOWR
programming and see how we teach. We offer a drop-in option. Simply select,
"pay for this session" in the Payment dropdown during checkout. 

Q: I paid for class. Do I really need to register my child as well?
A: Pricing plans show up as a subscription in your account. They allow
you to register for certain classes. After purchasing a pricing plan,
you will need to complete booking by submitting a registration form.
